Responsibilities
- Processing purchase ledger transactions and managing the supplier accounts through Sage
- Processing supply chain invoices and resolving any queries
- Maintain finance records whilst liaising with operational departments
- Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
- Support month-end processes
- Inbox management and any other administrative tasks
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade B or above
- Previous experience with Excel and Sage would be advantageous but not necessary
- Strong numerical ability
- Motivated, proactive and driven
