Are you ready to elevate your career as an Accounts Senior? The client is a well-established firm within Braintree, who are in a period of growth within their accounts team. The firms client's are usually based in Essex and the surrounding counties. They are looking to hire an Accounts Senior to join their accounts team.
Prepare complex financial accounts and management reports for larger clients, ensuring files are complete and ready for managerial or partner review
Review and support the work of junior team members, offering feedback, identifying training needs, and helping to develop their skills
Handle corporation tax computations and collaborate with the tax team on any complex or unusual matters
Follow internal processes and systems efficiently, including budgeting, workflow tracking, and meeting deadlines set by managers or partners
Work in a commercially aware and cost-effective manner, while remaining flexible to business needs and complying with health and safety policies
Requirements:
Qualified or newly qualified ACCA or ACA
Five to Six years experience in an accountancy practise
Preparation of Group and Consolidated Accounts
Knowledge of Accounting disclosures including FRS102 and IFRS
