Responsibilities
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for...
- Process and post customer receipts from various payment channels
- Match receipts accurately to customers, sales orders, invoices and payment plans
- Monitor upcoming and overdue collections and follow up failed payments
- Review sales and payment documentation to ensure transactions have been processed correctly
- Respond to customer and internal finance queries
- Process customer refunds and maintain associated credit notes and records

- Previous experience in a finance related role
- Strong attention to detail
- Good excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a busy workload
