Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales and commercial teams with day-to-day administration
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
- Maintaining CRM systems and updating project and client records
- Coordinating communication between clients, engineers, and project teams
- Tracking enquiries and following up on outstanding quotations
- Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
- Scheduling meetings and supporting internal reporting processes
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, organised, and compliant with company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
