Are you looking for an exciting next step in Sales Lead Generation? We are working with a high reputable cleaning and maintenance service who are going through an exciting period of growth, looking for a sales lead generator to join the sales team.
Fully Office Based – Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across sectors including hospitality, contract catering, healthcare, education, and facilities management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads
- Identify key decision-makers, contract timelines, and service needs within target organisations
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to generate interest and arrange meetings
- Support the sales team with market intelligence and competitor insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach activity
Requirements
- Experience in a lead generation, sales research, or business development support role
- Strong research, analytical, and data-gathering skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with prospects
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience within facilities management, commercial cleaning, or catering environments is advantageous but not essential
