Are you a Part Time Payroll professional looking to work for a dynamic, flexible and growing organisation? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee their payroll operations across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll process for 100-150 employees, including salaried and hourly paid staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, meeting all monthly and weekly deadlines.
- Handle complex payroll calculations, including pensions, and statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP).
- Prepare and submit RTI (Real Time Information) filings to HMRC, ensuring full compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC regulations.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare detailed reports for management and auditors.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes, adopting best practice.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NIC, pensions, and statutory payments.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
