A well-established client of mine is looking to expand their team and bring on a HR & Payroll Administrator.
The business is set for a substantial period of growth over the next few years, so this is a great opportunity to join and grow with the business.
The role seamlessly blends HR responsibilities with those in finance, offering a unique position to have more of an impact across the business.
Responsibilities
As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for...
- Preparing and processing the fornightly payroll runs using Sage Payroll
- Preparing the payroll journals
- Liaising with HMRC over PAYE matters, as well as ensuring legal compliance
- Dealing with new starters DBS and RTW checks, as well as offer letters and contracts of employment
- Drafting induction programmes for new starters and managing the annual appraisal process
- Assist as required with the recruitment of new employees
- Maintan accurate and up-to-date information across both finance and HR databases
