Are you a highly experienced Head of Financial Reporting who enjoys a fast-paced environment where you can add value and become involved in several transformation projects? Our client is a global organisation based in Essex, who are looking for someone to head-up their accounting function and become a key member of their senior leadership team. This is a newly created role to lead statutory reporting, tax, compliance and audits across the business.
As Head of Financial Reporting, you will...
- Lead the UK and Ireland statutory close, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting in line with UK GAAP and IFRS
- Own internal and external audits, tax compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring strong controls and audit readiness
- Manage and optimise offshore finance teams, maintaining quality, SLAs and effective integration into the close cycle
- Drive finance transformation through ERP optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement of close and reporting processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders and finance teams to provide clear insight on reporting, compliance, risks and financial performance
