Are you looking to join an ambitious Top 10 Firm based in London as a Senior Manager in their US/UK Tax Team? This role involves working closely with the Partner to expand their client base.
I am supporting this firm in hiring a Senior Manager for their US/UK Tax team, working with entrepreneurs on tax advisory, compliance, and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, primarily High-net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) entrepreneurs, on tax matters including succession planning, restructuring, and advisory reports.
- Approve US and UK tax returns prepared by team members from Associate to Manager levels.
- Manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring high-quality service and identifying new business opportunities.
- Plan staff assignments to provide diverse experience and maintain client confidence.
- Work closely with lawyers, wealth advisers, and other professionals supporting HNW individuals with US tax aspects.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification (CTA or ATT)
- Enrolled Agent status
- Extensive experience in US/UK Tax, at Senior Manager level or capable of stepping into this role
- Proven staff management skills
- Experience signing UK personal returns and US tax forms, with a strong understanding of dual residency complexities.
