Based in beautiful, converted barns in Black Notley, Braintree and offering a flexible / hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending client briefings / meetings clients, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever possible.
  • Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks and headhunting when required.
  • Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website.
  • Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals.
  • Making best use of all technologies available and embracing marketing strategies to maximise results.
  • Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.
  • Contribute towards all company-wide events by securing attendees and representing the Rutherford Briant brand.

  • Will be educated to a degree standard or be able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
  • Will have a commercial awareness and be driven by results.
  • Will have a proven track record of achieving sales results.
