This is a part time position, with a minimum of 30 hours a week on site.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a future-focused HR plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Delivering high-quality HR support and people services across the organisation.
  • Driving learning and development initiatives to build capability for both current and future business needs.
  • Supporting a positive workplace culture and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
  • Balancing operational HR responsibilities with strategic input and leadership support.

Requirements

  • Be an experienced HR generalist with broad capability across all areas of HR.
  • Have strong learning and development experience and a passion for people development.
  • Be confident operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ideally have experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Be comfortable working closely with senior leadership teams and providing pragmatic, professional HR advice.
  • Hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this).
