Do you have an eye for detail with an analytical skillset? A fast growing and successful client of ours due to expansion, are looking for a Group Reporting Analyst to join their team in Chelmsford. Responsible for key analysis, budgeting, forecasting and key stakeholder engagement whilst looking into best working practices, implementing new processed and upgrading processes.

Responsibilities:
As a Group Reporting Analyst, you will…

  • Prepare, develop, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports, ensuring accuracy through thorough testing and error resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align reporting with evolving business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in reports.
  • Manage and analyse large, complex datasets, translating them into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Develop a strong understanding of data sources and workflows to support accurate data transformation and reporting.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by reviewing inputs, consolidating data, and delivering high-level analytical outputs.
  • Provide support to internal teams during process changes to ensure alignment with broader group reporting objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in automation and process enhancement to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.
