Are you a high calibre Financial Controller / Finance Manager looking to take the next step in your career? If so, this role for a growing business could be for you. We’re pleased to be exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for our client based in Southeast Essex.
As Financial Controller you will manage the financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse a range of reporting from management accounts to financial statements
- Manage budgets and forecasting with the relevant variance analysis
- Monitor and manage cashflow
- Contribute to the company's financial strategy, including risk management and reducing costs
- Develop and support the other finance team members
- Improve all internal controls, processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Current experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller
- Effective communicator with the ability to deal at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to be hands on and versatile to your workload
