Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will…
- Lead and develop a team of 8, consisting of analysts and Finance Managers
- Partner with multiple operational business units to deliver actionable insight and challenge performance
- Lead on P&L analysis, translating financial data into clear strategic direction
- Sign off on management account and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Influence senior non-financial stakeholders by presenting financials in an accessible, meaningful way
- Support business planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making initiatives
Requirements:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will need…
- ACA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or studying)
- Proven experience in a strategic finance or FP&A/Business Partnering role
- Strong commercial acumen, and ability to drive profitability through insightful analysis
