Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a more senior, commercially focused role where you can influence strategic decisions, work closely with an inspiring Financial Controller, and get involved in high-impact projects.
We’re working with a well-established and growing brand currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in either Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Leeds. In this role, you\’ll be a key link between finance and the wider business, providing valuable insights, driving performance, and leading budgeting and forecasting activities.
You’ll support and deputise for the Financial Controller, partner with senior stakeholders across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide financial insights and influence decision-making
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
Deliver meaningful variance analysis and performance reporting
Support process improvement and efficiency projects
Mentor and develop the Assistant Management Accountant
Monitor and review both financial and non-financial performance metrics
Experience and qualifications:
CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
Strong background in commercial finance or business partnering roles
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience preferred
Comfortable engaging with and challenging senior non-finance stakeholders
Proactive and ambitious, with a strong desire to develop into a leadership position
Salary up to £60,000
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
