Are you a qualified accountant looking to join a high growth business who have recently gone through a sale and are now entering their second phase of exponential growth? A highly dynamic, fast-moving business based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are looking for a qualified management accountant to join their team with a view of moving into a Group Financial Controller in the future. You will gain excellent exposure to projects, a new system integration, process improvements and entities across multiple sites.

As a Group Management Accountant you will be:

  • Leading the management accounts cycle including budgeting, forecasts and all aspects of month‑end reporting
  • Be the project lead around costings, overheads, profitability exercises and system improvements
  • Business partnering with the wider business identifying trends, analysis, and driving efficiency gains
  • Leading all statutory reporting requirements including VAT, Intrastat and payroll
  • Managing all areas of departmental reporting analysing key financial data and assisting with key business decisions

As a Group Management Accountant you will need to have:

  • Strong ERP Experience
  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
  • Strong Commercial and Analytical experience
