A top 40 Accountancy practice are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team based in Colchester. Providing a range of Audit services to a variety of clients, demonstrating a pro‑active approach to managing workload and assisting the team in delivering a quality service. Salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 depending upon experience.
As an Audit Manager you will be:
- Delivering a first‑class service to a diverse and growing portfolio of clients
- Assisting with expanding the audit remit within clients existing trade and spend base
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
- Establishing and building new partnerships, identifying new services to add to your portfolio of clients
- Client facing and will lead projects to successful completion
- Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and senior management team to support the company's continued growth
As an Audit Manager you will need:
- To be ACA/ACCA Qualified
- To have several years' experience in Public Practice
- A strong attention to detail
- Fantastic level of communication skills
- To be able to provide a fantastic level of service to all clients
