Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and multinational companies.
- Provide strategic tax advice, focusing on areas such as mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, international tax, and tax planning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
- Lead the development of the firm\’s tax practice, identifying opportunities to expand the service offering and drive growth.
- Manage, mentor, and support a talented tax team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure clients receive the most current, compliant, and efficient advice.
Who You Are:
- A highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax professional with a proven track record in advising on complex corporate tax matters.
- ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualified with significant experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong leader with experience managing a team and driving business growth.
