An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury professional to join a global finance function in a senior leadership role. Working closely with executive finance stakeholders, you will take ownership of group liquidity, cash management, banking relationships and treasury strategy, ensuring the business is well‑positioned to support its ongoing growth and operational objectives.
Alongside day‑to‑day treasury leadership, you will lead a range of high‑profile transformation projects across the Group, including process improvements around hedging, interest rate management and the implementation of a new treasury management system. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future treasury function, influence key business decisions and work closely with an entrepreneurial leadership team.
Responsibilities- Managing group liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements to support business operations and strategic growth.
- Overseeing banking relationships, debt facilities, foreign exchange exposure, and wider treasury risk management activities.
- Leading treasury projects focused on improving cash management, increasing efficiency, and enhancing funding structures.
- Partnering with finance, FP&A, and operational teams to develop robust forecasting models and optimise working capital performance.
- Driving treasury governance, controls, policies, and process improvements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Qualified Treasurer or Accountant (ACT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant treasury experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, debt facilities, foreign exchange and treasury risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience operating within an international or multi‑entity business environment.
