Responsibilities

  • Raising invoices, including reconciliation and validation of all those raised
  • Transaction processing
  • Ensuring all transactions raised are in line with controls and processes
  • Dealing with account queries promptly to ensure no effect on billing cycles
  • Assist the credit controller with monitoring sales ledger balances, and resolving account problems to ensure timely settlements of debts

Requirements

  • 2 years or more of experience in a finance role
  • Ability to manage time effectively, working to deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Excel
