I am currently recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to join a well-established business specialising in customs solutions and international trade services. This is a fully remote position with national travel across the UK, offering a competitive base salary, plus uncapped OTE and car allowance.
Responsibilities:- Identify and win new business opportunities within the customs, logistics, and supply chain sectors across the UK
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on driving growth and expanding market share
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from SMEs to large enterprise clients
- Present and negotiate tailored commercial solutions for customs and trade compliance services
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and detailed CRM records
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customs, logistics, or supply chain business development or sales
- A proven record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of customs processes, trade compliance, and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a remote role
- A base salary of £55,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus OTE
- Car allowance and fully remote working, with national travel
- Private healthcare and company pension scheme
