I am currently recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to join a well-established business specialising in customs solutions and international trade services. This is a fully remote position with national travel across the UK, offering a competitive base salary, plus uncapped OTE and car allowance.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the customs, logistics, and supply chain sectors across the UK
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on driving growth and expanding market share
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from SMEs to large enterprise clients
  • Present and negotiate tailored commercial solutions for customs and trade compliance services
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and detailed CRM records
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customs, logistics, or supply chain business development or sales
  • A proven record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of customs processes, trade compliance, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a remote role
As a New Business Development Manager, you will receive:
  • A base salary of £55,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus OTE
  • Car allowance and fully remote working, with national travel
