I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a well-established business, having specialised in their arena for over 20 years.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Generate new business opportunities, be that over the phone or face to face
- Lead generation and marketing research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities for business growth
- Regular usage of internal CRM to input, track and follow up on customer information
- Work to and overachieve on sales targets, both individual and team
Requirements:
As a Business Development Manager, you will need:
- Proven track record of working in sales, with a focus on business development
- Experience of working within manufacturing, construction or technical environments
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
