Are you a Senior Finance Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a growing team? A client of ours is looking for an ambitious Senior Finance Assistant to join their team, that is looking to be involved with process improvements and get stuck in. You would be part of a small, family‑feel team, with mentorship available to develop your skills. They are looking for someone with experience in preparing management accounts and nominal journals, as this position will cover all aspects of accounts. Being in a period of substantial growth, they are looking for someone to help build upon this with them.
Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing bank account receipts and payments
- Preparation of nominal journals and management accounts
- Preparing monthly payment runs for Director approval
- Assisting with credit control
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance
- AAT qualifications, either studying or finalist
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
