Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a Management position within a friendly Firm, that can offer lots of autonomy and opportunities for progression?

I am currently supporting an 11 Partner Firm with an office in Spalding, who are looking to recruit an audit and Accounts Manager, paying a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending upon experience. This Firm also pays overtime at Manager level, or you can take back the time in lieu and they foster a flexible working culture. The role is typically 70% accounts and 30% audit.
