Responsibilities:

  • Servicing clients, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever possible
  • Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks
  • Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website
  • Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals
  • Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.

Requirements:

  • Will be educated to a degree standard or be able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
  • Will have a commercial awareness and be driven by results.
  • Will have a can-do positive attitude and a desire to continue their own personal and professional development.
