Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy practice, is looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of clients while supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Senior, you will:

  • Prepare statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, charities and groups.

  • Prepare and review VAT returns, bookkeeping assignments and management accounts.

  • Liaise with the Tax team to resolve client queries where required.

Requirements

As an Accounts Senior, you will need:

  • Ideally be fully AAT qualified or be qualified by experience (QBE).

  • Previous experience preparing statutory accounts, VAT returns and management accounts within an accountancy practice.
