- Lead a portfolio of large and complex FS clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services
- Provide technical expertise across international tax, Pillar Two, tax governance, compliance reviews, and tax audit support
- Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on complex tax projects and risk management assignments
- Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic adviser while identifying opportunities to add value
- Lead and develop a high-performing tax team, supporting technical development and driving exceptional client service
Requirements:
As a Tax Director, you will need…
- CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant Corporate Tax experience gained within practice, including managing large and complex client portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge across UK Corporate Tax, with exposure to areas such as international tax, compliance governance, or Pillar Two being advantageous
- Proven experience leading teams, developing client relationships, and delivering commercially focused solutions
