Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new role in a supportive and friendly team?

A client of ours is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in credit control, who is looking for a new challenge. You'll be involved with managing and actively collecting all debts, liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate cash collection, as well as reconciliations and account monitoring.

Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for...

  • Actively collecting all debts, as well as recording and monitoring collections
  • Reconciliations and account monitoring
  • Raising refund request forms
  • Raise final accounts and process card payments
  • Provide reports to senior leadership regarding debt position as appropriate
  • Various administration tasks as needed by the department

Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need

  • Previous experience within credit control is essential
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • AAT qualifications are desirable
  • Strong Excel skills are desirable
