Responsibilities: As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will…

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal clients with complex tax affairs, including high-net-worth individuals, agricultural clients, entrepreneurs, partnerships, and trusts
  • Support Partners and Directors with tax planning initiatives—and take the lead when appropriate—on matters such as succession planning through trusts and corporate structures, as well as capital gains and inheritance tax planning
  • Collaborating with other service lines, such as Accounts and Corporate Tax, to deliver integrated solutions to clients
  • Review and oversee compliance work and core advisory tasks completed by junior team members
  • Maintain strong client relationships while supporting senior team members in identifying opportunities for new engagements and service expansion
  • Support the development of junior team members by providing timely feedback and assisting with both their technical and professional growth

Requirements:
As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will need…

  • ACA or ACCA and CTA
  • Experience and strong understanding of Private Client tax issues
  • Proven technical knowledge and capability to communicate complex messages to your client base
  • Experience in tax planning/advisory
  • Management and organisational experience
