As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting Consultants and the wider business through candidate generation, market mapping and recruitment delivery, while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a consultant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
  • Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation
  • Support consultants with recruitment campaigns
  • Carry out market mapping to identify prospective candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
