We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading automated logistics equipment provider. As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers across the UK, providing expert HR guidance and helping to build strong leadership capability. This role is varied and hands-on, covering employee relations, recruitment, change management and workforce analytics. You will also support HR projects and contribute to new site developments as the business grows.
