HR & Resourcing Advisor to join a successful and growing organisation supporting multiple sites across the UK.
This is a key role combining recruitment, talent attraction and HR advisory responsibilities , working closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle.
You'll play an important part in attracting the best talent, improving recruitment processes and providing practical HR guidance across the business.
HR & Resourcing Advisor you will enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, from supporting hiring managers and managing recruitment campaigns to attending site visits and representing the business at careers events.

The Role
HR & Resourcing Advisor , your responsibilities will include
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, Linked In, networking, referrals and direct recruitment campaigns.
- Supporting managers throughout the interview and selection process.
- Managing and improving the company recruitment portal and applicant tracking system.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, policies and procedures.
- Supporting managers with HR queries and ensuring best practice is followed.
- Providing salary benchmarking information and market insights to support recruitment decisions.
- Building strong relationships with managers and teams across multiple UK sites.
- Travelling to sites when required to support recruitment activity and employee engagement.
- Attending careers fairs, job fairs and recruitment events to attract future talent.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Role Requirements
- We're looking for an experienced
HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, Resourcing Advisor or Recruitment Specialist who enjoys working across both recruitment and HR.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience within HR, recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) would be highly desirable.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, logistics, automation or other operational environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience supporting managers with HR-related matters.
- A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using recruitment systems, HR systems or applicant tracking platforms.
