Shift Pattern: Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
- Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
- Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
- Work closely with production to meet performance goals

Requirements:
- Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred)
