Maintenance Engineer

A great opportunity to join a globally operating and successful logistics / automation company as a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer working at a well-known retailers automated distribution centre close to Rugby (East side). Looking for multi skilled Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers, ideally with an understanding of PLC\’s. Salary of c£46,500 + Healthcare + Pension 4on 4off Days and Nights (blocks of 4 of each) Day to day activities of a Maintenance Engineer include: Reactive maintenance Planned maintenance Electro-mechanical engineering Controls fault finding Problem analysis and continuous improvement Requirements of Maintenance Engineer: Ideally fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualifications Good level of electrical and mechanical knowledge from a manufacturing or distribution environment Working knowledge of PLC control systems Experience of automated materials handling systems would also be an advantage but not essential Ok to work at heights when needed (via harnesses and full training etc) For full details of this opportunity please contact Stuart Cooper at Wagstaff Recruitment.
