You will lead engineering and operations, shape the culture and build a high‑performing team to meet contractual KPIs.

You’ll recruit, develop and mentor managers and engineers, manage budgets and Cap Ex, and drive safety, reliability and process discipline across a highly automated facility, with travel to other sites as required.
