Solicitor - Contentious Probate - Bristol - Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and technically strong Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded private wealth disputes team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value and often sensitive disputes while developing a long-term career within a collaborative and progressive legal environment.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of contentious trusts and probate matters, acting for individuals, families, executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Working alongside recognised specialists, they will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a varied caseload of contentious probate and trust disputes
Advising on Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges and proprietary estoppel matters
Handling executor, trustee and Court of Protection disputes
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
Supporting business development and raising the profile of the practice
This position is ideal for a solicitor with strong litigation experience and a genuine interest in private wealth disputes. The team enjoys an excellent reputation for handling complex and high-quality work, including matters with cross-border elements.
