A leading international legal practice is seeking a Supervising Associate (4-6 years PQE) to join its market leading Real Estate Finance team in Bristol. The Role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of Real Estate Finance work, including:
- Acting on complex, multi jurisdictional real estate finance transactions
- Advising banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and government bodies
- Supporting general corporate lending, leveraged finance, funds finance and special situations
- Taking early responsibility on high profile matters
- Developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development
- Working collaboratively within a global banking and finance practice
- Embracing new technologies and innovative legal solutions

The team operates a hybrid working model, typically requiring three days per week in the office, depending on client and business needs.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:
- Ideally 4-6 years PQE in Real Estate Finance
- Experience gained at a leading international or top tier national firm
- Excellent academic background
- Strong client focus and commercial awareness
- A proactive, ambitious and collaborative approach
- Willingness to contribute to business development and client engagement
