Senior Associate Private Client (Estate Administration & Probate) – Bristol – Hybrid or Remote

As a Senior Associate, you’ll take ownership of complex estate administration work while guiding families through what can be a difficult time-with clarity, empathy and confidence. You’ll manage a varied caseload of higher value estates, driving matters forward efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards and mitigating risk.

The role:

• Lead on complex estate administration and probate matters from start to finish
• Draft estate accounts and handle sensitive or escalated cases with confidence
• Build trusted relationships with clients and professional partners through clear, compassionate communication
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, setting the standard for quality and service

You’ll bring strong technical expertise (ideally STEP/TEP or working towards) and a proactive, client first mindset. This is more than a role-it’s the chance to be part of a close knit team where your impact is recognised and your work truly matters.
