Solicitor – Commercial – Bristol – 2-4 Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
A respected and growing commercial team is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years’ post qualification experience to join its busy and well established Bristol practice. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, SaaS, technology, IP licensing)
- Advising on data protection, consumer law and regulatory compliance
- Supporting corporate transactions and cross border commercial arrangements
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
- Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
- 2-4 years PQE in commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience across a broad range of commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
- A client focused approach and ability to juggle multiple matters
- Interest in a well rounded commercial role with exposure to IP work
