Overview
Our client is a regional firm who are seeking a senior residential property solicitor to join their busy team.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Assisting with the development of junior team members through supervision and training
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Attending networking events to build your reputation and develop professional connections
About you
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of handling a broad range of residential property transactions
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You will deliver an excellent service to clients, whilst progressing your own personal development, in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £55000 – £70000 per annum
