A leading regional practice is seeking to appoint a senior lawyer to strengthen its Commercial Property team. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join a supportive, forward-looking firm with a clear business plan and strong reputation for client service.
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including development, investment, acquisitions and disposals, and business transactions. With an established platform and high-quality client base, you’ll have the freedom to grow your own caseload while contributing to the department’s wider success.
The role offers scope to supervise junior lawyers, engage in practice development, and play a key part in shaping the future of the office. Candidates should demonstrate technical excellence, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
