A growing and well-regarded regional law firm is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to lead and expand its specialist offering in Guildford. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to shape and develop the practice within a supportive, commercially focused environment.
You will handle a broad range of complex insolvency and restructuring matters, advising clients across contentious and non-contentious scenarios, including administrations, CVAs, receiverships and distressed business situations. Alongside leading on high-value work, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, driving business growth, and mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a demonstrable track record in business development. This role offers genuine autonomy, influence, and a clear platform to build a thriving practice within a progressive firm.
