Corporate Associate – 4+ Years PQE
Location: Cardiff (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a busy and expanding Corporate team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of high value corporate transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
- Draft, negotiate and manage key transaction documents
- Lead negotiations and manage transactions through to completion
- Provide strategic corporate advice to a diverse client base
- Work closely with colleagues across specialist teams
- Support business development and networking activity
- Mentor junior team members
- Maintain up to date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments
About You:
- 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience in M&A and corporate advisory matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident managing your own matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, collaborative and ambitious approach
