Shift Pattern
- Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
- Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
- Work closely with production to meet performance goals
- Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
