Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and attract high-calibre legal professionals including solicitors, paralegals, and legal support staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and potential candidates
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful placement
- Develop and expand our candidate and client networks through proactive networking and business development
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate and client records using our CRM system
- Provide expert advice to candidates and clients on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment across any sector
