Fantastic opportunity to join a busy Construction Recruiter in a very busy white collar perms sector. Basic to £35k dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 30% on monthly billings. OTE for year one is £70k.
You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and lapsed clients as well as the sourcing and development of new business opportunities. The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment including sales and delivery.
This is a White Collar Perms construction desk. We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales.
Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement as well as access to Linkedin Recruiter. Therefore, you’ll have the tools and database to make successful placements. You’ll walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
