What You'll Be Doing
- Source and place technical and commercial candidates into permanent roles across European markets
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful placement
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple European countries
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews and reference checks
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit
- Utilise premium sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, and leading European job boards
- Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activity
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or account management
- Strong track record of sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Commercial awareness and understanding of European markets
- Experience recruiting across European markets
- Technical or commercial sector recruitment experience
- Familiarity with premium recruitment tools and platforms
