What You'll Be Doing

  • Source and place technical and commercial candidates into permanent roles across European markets
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple European countries
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews and reference checks
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit
  • Utilise premium sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, and leading European job boards
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activity

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or account management
  • Strong track record of sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of European markets
  • Experience recruiting across European markets
  • Technical or commercial sector recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with premium recruitment tools and platforms
