Are you a driven recruitment professional with a proven track record in professional services, technology, or transformation markets? We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our specialist Change & Transformation practice, one of the most active and fastest-growing desks in our London office. We partner with finance, technology, and operations leaders across the UK to deliver proven transformation talent fast. Whether our clients are upgrading systems, integrating post-M&A, or delivering ERP at scale, they come to us when internal teams are stretched and specialist skills are critical.

About the Practice

Our Change & Transformation desk operates at the sharp end of major business-critical programmes. We recruit both interim and permanent talent across the full spectrum of transformation disciplines placing specialists who deliver real change into organisations undergoing some of the most complex and high-value projects in their history:

  • Business change and programme management (PMO, Programme Directors, Change Managers)
  • ERP and systems implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics)
  • Finance and technology transformation across FTSE, PE-backed, and public sector clients
  • Digital transformation, process improvement, and organisational change

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will own and develop client relationships within your chosen vertical, running a full 360 desk or focusing on business development, depending on your strengths and experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a pipeline of high-quality interim and permanent candidates within the transformation market
  • Running end-to-end assignments: scoping, search, shortlisting, and offer management
  • Contributing to business development through targeted outreach, networking, and market insight
  • Representing the business at industry events, roundtables, and client briefings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within change, transformation, technology, or professional services markets
  • A demonstrable track record of billing consistently and managing your own desk
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage at senior and C-suite level
  • Experience placing interim and/or permanent professionals into complex organisations
  • Commercial acumen and the drive to develop and grow a market
  • Knowledge of business change disciplines PMO, business analysis, programme delivery, ERP and the talent landscape that supports them
  • An existing network within finance, technology, or operations hiring communities
