The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance & Accounting, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Source, screen and place high-caliber Finance & Accounting professionals, primarily focusing on transactional and part-qualified roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
- Contribute to our growth strategy across the Midlands region
