The Role: Working within our professional services division, you\’ll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns while building lasting relationships with prestigious firms across the North West. You\’ll focus on permanent and interim placements, from newly qualified professionals to partner-level appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with leading professional services firms, understanding their strategic growth plans and specific recruitment needs
• Source exceptional candidates through your network, headhunting, and innovative talent attraction strategies
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage complex recruitment processes, including confidential search assignments and senior-level appointments
